• Hours of Operation – Parking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• cash, checks and all major forms credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.
• Take time to note your exact parking location and jot down the information on your parking ticket. Then, take your ticket with you.
• Economy Courtesy Shuttle Cart service is now available in the North and South Economy parking lots. The Courtesy Shuttle Service transports customers from the North and South Economy parking lots from 7 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.

Hourly Parking is the most convenient parking, which is located directly in front of each terminal. These lots are designed for airport passengers (meet and greeters) who desire to quickly access an area to pick up or drop some one off.

Daily Parking is the closest parking area for overnight parking, which provides covered parking on all levels except the fourth level. These lots are also directly across from each terminal and consist of four (4) levels.

Economy parking lots are located adjacent to the parking decks. These lots are designed for our long-term parkers and are considered the most economical.

Airport Park-Ride Shuttle operation offers convenient shuttle service from the customer's vehicle to the terminal of their choice. Upon returning to Atlanta, passengers are picked up at the Ground Transportation Center and returned to their vehicle. Our shuttle operation fleet is comprised of 50 shuttle vans, which meet the highest Environmental Protective Agency standards mandated.

Gold Reserve Lot was created for people with busy schedules to provide hassle-free airport parking. These lots are located just steps away from the North and South terminals on ground level of the parking decks and are covered to protect passengers from the elements, even when loading and unloading their vehicles. The private entrance and exits are equipped with an intercom for customer assistance. Gold Parkers are assured a parking space in a reserved parking area and no waiting in line.

The Park-Ride Reserve Lot is designed to accommodate Airport customers who prefer a reserved space at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta Airport. As a member of the Park-Ride Reserve Club, you will be afforded guaranteed parking accommodations which is located adjacent to South Terminal Parkway, just minutes away. This concept is ideal for customers with busy schedules and prefers hassle- free, no wait in lines and a guaranteed space.
